Returns, complaints and warranty

Check on delivery

The customer must check the product on receipt and report any defect as early as possible, preferably in writing.

Legal warranty

For new products, rights under Swiss law apply. For used or refurbished products, the warranty period may be reduced within legal limits.

Used spare parts and repaired devices

Used products may show normal signs of wear. Known defects, limitations and cosmetic or functional condition must be listed on the product page.

Exclusions

Damage caused by improper use, drops, liquids, manipulation, incorrect installation, unchecked incompatibility or third-party intervention after sale is not covered.

Returns

In Switzerland, there is no general automatic right of withdrawal for online purchases unless agreed by the seller. Voluntary returns are accepted only if stated on the product page or agreed in writing.
