We ship physical devices and spare parts within Switzerland and, where available, internationally.

Products available from FixHub

Processing: normally 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery in Switzerland: generally 2–5 business days after dispatch.

SUNSKY / made-to-order products

Products marked SUNSKY or made to order may ship from the supplier and require longer delivery times.

Estimated delivery: normally 10–15 business days. Times are estimates and may vary due to supplier availability, carrier, destination and customs checks.

Shipping costs

Switzerland: CHF 7.00 standard shipping, shown at checkout.

International: CHF 15.00 where the destination is supported, shown at checkout.

Free shipping is not automatically applied based on order value.

For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes or local charges are the recipient's responsibility.

The customer must verify the delivery address before confirming the order. Delays caused by the carrier, customs or supplier may change the estimated delivery date.
